Purpose These general terms and conditions govern the sale of products offered on the website www.irisbeautyparis.com, published by Elysium Society, a company registered in France. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. 2. Products The products offered for sale are in accordance with the description available at the time of order. Images are for illustrative purposes only. All products are intended for personal, non-medical use. Some items may be shipped from international partner warehouses (Europe or Asia), which may affect delivery times. 3. Prices All prices are displayed in euros (€), including VAT, excluding shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of the order. 4. Orders Order validation implies acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email is sent once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of fraud, suspected fraud, or obvious error. 5. Payment Payment is secured and processed online through the methods provided on the website: credit card, digital wallet, etc. No banking information is stored on our site. 6. Delivery Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Indicative timeframe: 4 to 15 business days, depending on the country. All shipments are tracked. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation. Customers are responsible for the shipping address provided during checkout. Additional customs duties or VAT may apply for international deliveries. 7. Right of withdrawal In accordance with French law, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal. 📌 Exception: For hygienic reasons, products that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be refunded.
